Customer Relationship Specialist
In line with our continued growth, we are looking for an exceptional Customer Relationship Specialist to play a vital role in our team. This role sits within our Admin department.
You will spend the majority of your time communicating with customers by phone and by email, therefore excellent communication skills are a must! This is a genuinely challenging role in a fast-paced environment. We need someone who can keep up with that pace but who simultaneously takes the time to be customer-centred and really build those relationships.
We set our standards by treating our customers as we would like to be treated. In our business, people and relationships are everything.
What You'll Do
- Communicating with customers by phone and email
- Updating customers on the progress of their vehicle orders
- Arranging vehicle deliveries
- Completing post-delivery paperwork
- Liaising with suppliers to track orders
- Managing the update schedule for regular customer contact
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of paperwork
