Customer Relationship Specialist

Blossom Vehicle Leasing are an independent vehicle leasing broker. Since our inception 15 years ago, we have grown from strength to strength, and we are now well established and recognised as one of the premier vehicle leasing brokers in the UK market. In line with our continued growth, we are now looking for an exceptional Customer Relationship Specialist to play a vital role in our team. This role sits within our Admin department. You will spend the majority of your time communicating with customers by phone and by email, therefore excellent communication skills are a must! You will be updating customers regularly on the progress of their vehicle order, arranging deliveries of vehicles, and completing the post-delivery paperwork. This role requires outstanding organisational skills - liaising with suppliers to keep track of orders, communicating order updates to customers, effectively managing the update schedule to ensure customers are contacted at regular intervals, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of paperwork. It requires someone who can work independently, logically, methodically, with exceptional attention to detail and a who has a commitment to honest communication.

This is a genuinely challenging role in a fast-paced environment. We need someone who can keep up with that pace but who simultaneously takes the time to be customer-centred and really build those relationships. We set our standards by treating our customers as we would like to be treated.

Role Details:

  • Hours: 4 days a week (days to be negotiated on appointment), 9am-5pm
  • Salary: Pro-rata (full time equivalent £25,000 per annum)
  • Location: Freedom House, Rutherford Way, Cheltenham, GL51 9TU
